At the moment, there are no special measures or requirements regarding the Covid-19-pandemic.
How to order:
Is it possible to book wheelchair places through the Wiener Mozart Orchester?
Yes, all venues have entrances without barriers for visitors with special requirements and offer wheelchair places. Wheelchair places need to be announced in advance. For any further information we would kindly ask you to contact us on concerts@mozart.wien or on +43 1 505 77 66 ,open daily from Monday to Sunday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (April until October) and Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (November until March).
Are toddlers allowed in the concert halls of the Vienna Mozart Concerts?
No admission for children under 5 years of age. Tickets for minors from 5 to 18 years have a 50 % discount. Please consider that discounted tickets are only valid with personal presentation of a valid photo ID(no copies).
Is there a discount on tickets for pupils and students?
Minors from 5 to 18 years and ISIC card holders up to 27 years get tickets with a 50 % discount. Please consider that discounted tickets are only valid with personal presentation of a photo ID (no copies) or with personal presentation of the valid ISIC card. No admission for children under 5 years of age.
How can I book tickets for bigger groups (e. g. tour operator or school classes)?
You can book on our website if you need a great amount of tickets for a bigger group. Please consider that bookings for more than 20 tickets are handled as booking requests. We will deal with them as soon as possible. If you want to know more about our special offers for groups, feel free to contact us on concerts@mozart.wien or +43 1 505 77 66 daily from Monday to Sunday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm.
How can I order if I do not have a bank account or credit card? I don?t want to disclose my bank details online, so is it possible to pay by bank transfer?
In that case we can offer you to come to the office of the Vienna Mozart Orchestra (Kärntner Strasse 51, 1010 Vienna) to buy your tickets directly and pay in cash.
Payments with bank account transfer are not possible.

Credit card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB and UnionPay. For your own safety you?ll be asked for your security code when placing a booking with a credit card. On a Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB or UnionPay card the security code is a three or four digit code on the back of the card.

What are the delivery options at the Vienna Mozart Orchestra?
When purchasing your tickets you are offered several delivery options. The following options are available:
E-Ticket / Print@home:
Print your e-ticket on a DIN A4 paper and show it at the entrance of the concert hall. Please consider that the delivery option e-ticket ist not available for discounted tickets. The return of e-tickets is explicitly excluded and a cancellation is not possible.
Deposit at the box office
Tickets can only be collected at the box office or in the restaurant by presentation of the printed booking confirmation. The box office is placed in the foyer of the concert hall and opens one hour before the performance.
Deposit at the restaurant
When you chose Dinner & Concert tickets can be collected directly in the restaurant by presentation of the printed booking confirmation.
Collection at the office of the Vienna Mozart Orchestra:
If not otherwise stated, your tickets are ready for collection at the office of the Vienna Mozart Orchestra (Kärntner Strasse 51, 1010 Vienna) open daily from Monday to Sunday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (April until October) and Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (November until March). Please check your booking confirmation to make sure your tickets are ready for collection before you come to our office. When choosing collection at the office your tickets will be held at our office till the day of the performance but we would advice you to leave enough time to collect your tickets to make sure you arrive at the venue in time for your chosen performance.
Postal delivery to your address:
When choosing home delivery the tickets will be shipped to the address as indicated in your order. You have the possibility to choose between standard and registered mailing.

Delivery to your hotel:
Your tickets will be delivered directly to your hotel in Vienna. Delivery costs for this option are € 12,90.

After you placed an order:
I booked some tickets of the Vienna Mozart Orchestra online but haven?t yet received a confirmation. How can I make sure that my booking went through?
Please check if our e-mail has gone into your spam account. If this is the case, we suggest that you add our e-mail address to your contact list. Doing so will make sure that any further e-mails we send to you will go straight into your inbox.
Another reason for not receiving our e-mail could be that the e-mail address wasn?t typed in correctly. To check if this is the case we would kindly ask you to send an e-mail to concerts@mozart.wien or ring our office on +43 1 505 77 66 open daily from Monday to Sunday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (April until October) and Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (November until March). We will then ask you to tell us your name and the performance you wanted to book to check if we received your order.

I would like to pick up my tickets at the office of the Vienna Mozart Orchestra: When are my tickets ready for me to pick them up?
One month before the chosen performance your tickets are ready for pick up at the office of the Vienna Mozart Orchestra (Kärntner Strasse 51, 1010 Vienna) daily from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (April - October) and Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (November - March). Your tickets will be held at the office till the day of the performance. We would advise you to leave enough time to collect your tickets to make sure you arrive at the venue in time for your chosen performance.
What do I need to bring when I collect my tickets?
Tickets can only be collected in the office, at the box office or in the restaurant by presentation of the printed booking confirmation. The office of the Vienna Mozart Orchestra (Kärntner Strasse 51, 1010 Vienna) opens daily from Monday to Sunday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (April until October) and Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (November until March). The box office opens at 7:15 pm, exactly one hour before the performance begins.
I lost my tickets. Is there a chance that the Vienna Mozart Orchestra can help me with this issue?
If you lost your tickets, it?s possible to receive duplicated tickets in the office of the Vienna Mozart Orchestra (Kärntner Strasse 51, 1010 Vienna) daily from Monday to Sunday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (April until October) and Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (November until March) . Please bring the confirmation of purchase to receive the duplicated tickets. If the original tickets were shown at the concert, the duplicated tickets lose their validity.
I booked some tickets for the Vienna Mozart Orchestra but now I am unable to attend the performance. Is it possible to cancel my booking?
The cancellation of tickets for events of the Wiener Mozart Orchester Konzertveranstaltungs GmbH is explicitly excluded. Ticket orders (without dinner packages) submitted on our website can be cancelled within 12 hours before the concert without any cancellation fee. Ticket orders in combination of a dinner package submitted on our website can be cancelled within 48 hours before the concert without any cancellation fee.
After this time period, a cancellation is not possible anymore.
If you want to change a reservation to another day, you can rebook without any fees – depends on the availability – within 48 hours before the concert you booked first.
Please consider the return of e-tickets is explicitly excluded and a cancellation is not possible.

How long will the Vienna Mozart Concerts take?
The Vienna Mozart Concerts begin at 8:15 pm and end around 10:00 pm.
Is there a break during the performance of the Vienna Mozart Concerts?
There is a break of 15 minutes in the middle of the performance.
Are there any meals and drinks available at the concert halls of the Vienna Mozart Concerts?
Yes, the concert halls offer a buffet. The buffet is open before the performance and during the break. The ticket price doesn’t include any drinks. It’s prohibited to bring any food or beverage into the concert hall.
Is it allowed to take photos in the concert halls of the Vienna Mozart Concerts?

Is using the wardrobe in the concert halls of the Vienna Mozart Orchestra compulsive?
Coats, jackets, umbrellas, backpacks etc. have to be left at the wardrobe. The wardrobe fee is not included in the ticket price.
Is there a dress code in order to visit the Vienna Mozart Concerts?
Smart evening attire for the performance is recommended but there ist no compulsory dress code for the Vienna Mozart Concerts.
Is it allowed to bring any animals to the concert halls of the Vienna MOZART Concerts?
It?s prohibited to bring any animals into the concert halls, except for official guide dogs.

Musikverein
The entrance for wheelchair users is on the right side of the main entrance where you can find a ramp for a barrier-free access. There is also an electric bell to call the concierge for help.
The Golden Hall offers two wheelchair places with escorts in the ground floor box 4 on the right side. More wheelchair places, depending on the availability, are in the balcony boxes on both sides of the concert hall. The Brahms Hall offers two wheelchair places in the 26th row on the ground floor. The Musikverein has three barrier-free toilets.
Vienna State Opera
The entrance for wheelchair users is the side entrance which is located under the arcades on the right side of the Herbert-von-Karajan-Platz. There is also an electric bell to call the concierge for help. It’s possible to bridge all steps in the Vienna State Opera with ramps and lifts/elevators.
In the Vienna State Opera are four wheelchair places on the ground floor. There are up to 16 more wheelchair places located in the gallery as necessary. The Vienna State Opera has two barrier-free toilets. Declared assistance dogs are allowed.
Konzerthaus
The entrance for wheelchair users is the main entrance where you can find a ramp for a barrier-free access.
